Ramin Raiszadeh represents clients in a wide variety of cases involving auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents defective products and wrongful death cases. Ramin is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, and New York.
Ramin leads the firm’s defective construction practice group focusing on construction site accidents, defective designs, dangerous and hazardous conditions and other building code violations and premises liability issues.
Ramin played an integral part in the litigation involving the FDA recalled St. Jude Medical Riata Leads. In 2015, a confidential settlement was reached in the amount of $14,250,000.00.
In 2007, Ramin received his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. He then moved abroad to the United Arab Emirates, working in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where he served as in-house legal counsel to two global real estate developers during the heart of the region’s world-renowned construction boom.
During his time in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Ramin acquired significant legal and commercial experience by representing owners, design consultants and contractors on multi-party, complex, regional, high-profile and large scale construction projects. Ramin was heavily involved in all stages of contract drafting, negotiation, and administration in relation to the construction of a multi-billion dollar, mixed-use project located in the Abu Dhabi Media Zone.
