KEARNY MESA, CALIFORNIA (January 29, 2022) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a Kearny Mesa hit-and-run collision by Clairemont Mesa Boulevard and Kearny Villa Road.

San Diego County police officials are saying that the collision took place around 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday. A motorcyclist was heading through an intersection when they were hit by a vehicle.

The driver that hit the motorcyclist fled the scene and is currently being sought by police. Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the victim.

He was taken to the hospital with fractured ribs and a fractured left ankle.
