One Person Injured In Yolo County Box Truck Accident On Old River Road

YOLO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA (February 21, 2023) – One person was seriously injured in a Yolo County collision between a box truck and a tractor on Old River Road not far from Interstate 5.

Yolo County officials are saying that the collision took place around 5:04 p.m. on Monday. A box truck was involved in a collision with a tractor.

The force of the impact caused one of the vehicles to veer down an embankment. Fuel was also spilled on the roadway.

Paramedics were called to the scene in order to help the injured. One person sustained major injuries and was transported to the hospital in order to receive treatment.
