Hit & Run Accident Killed Zhao Guan: $25,000 Reward for Info

The Torkzadeh Law Firm (TorkLaw) is offering a $25,000.00 cash reward to any individual who first provides credible information that leads to the identification, arrest, and conviction of the hit-and-run driver involved in the collision that killed pedestrian Zhao Guan. TorkLaw has been retained to prosecute a wrongful death action in this matter on behalf of Ms. Guan’s family.
The incident in question occurred at approximately 8:07 p.m. on February 26, 2019, at California Street and 18th Avenue in the Richmond district of San Francisco. Ms. Guan, a 64-year-old woman, was in a crosswalk when she was struck by a silver sedan traveling westbound on California Street. Unfortunately, the driver of the silver sedan fled the scene of the accident.
Initial investigations have failed to identify the driver of that silver sedan.

Anyone with information about the fatal hit & run collision is asked to call the police department’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or to send a tip by text message to TIP411 with SFPD in the message.
