The Torkzadeh Law Firm, PLC (TORKLAW) and its affiliates are concerned about your privacy and the disclosure of information provided to us through our website www.torklaw.com.  TORKLAW maintains the privacy of your message collected through our online presence. We do not sell or redistribute your personal information or e-mail address in any manner.

If you choose to contact us via e-mail or by completing one of the contact forms on our website, your message is automatically forwarded to a TORKLAW attorney and/or legal assistant. The contents of the information you share are held strictly confidential.

Again, none of this information is sold or shared with any outside third party. In certain cases we may permit co-counsel or retained experts or physicians to assist our attorneys in reviewing e-mail correspondence provided that they, in turn, maintain the confidentiality of your message.

Sensitive information such as credit card data is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way once you have submitted it. You can verify that your data is encrypted by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the web address (URL).

We also take steps to protect your sensitive information offline. Only the employees who need the information to perform a specific job (i.e. demand writing or case management) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are stored in a secure environment.
