Two Killed in Bonsall Car Accident

Earlier today, a tragic car crash left two dead in Bonsall, CA just North of Oceanside. The identities of those involved have not yet been released pending notification of the next of kin.  The crash involved a Ford Explorer and a Honda Accord.   The crash occurred at the intersection of West Lilac Road and Old Highway 395.

According to reports, the Explorer was travelling on Old Highway 395 when the Honda Accord pulled out into its path of travel.  The driver of the Honda Accord was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, while the passenger was airlifted to a nearby hospital and later pronounced dead.
