SAN LUIS OBISPO, CALIFORNIA (March 26, 2023) – A pedestrian was seriously injured in a San Luis Obispo car accident by the intersection of Toro Street and Buchon Street.

San Luis Obispo police officials are saying that the collision took place around 7:48 p.m. on Monday. A pedestrian was trying to cross the street when they were hit by a vehicle.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victim. They were taken to a local area hospital in order to receive treatment.

The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
