Evidence matters after a commercial-truck crash
Collisions involving commercial trucks can require prompt preservation of evidence, including vehicle data, dash-camera footage, driver logs, dispatch records, inspection and maintenance records, carrier information, and nearby video. Those records can help establish the sequence of events. They do not determine responsibility by themselves.
Our hearts are with the woman’s family and everyone affected by this tragedy.
