BAKERSFIELD, CALIFORNIA (January 30, 2023) – At least one person was injured in a Bakersfield shuttle bus accident along Interstate 5 not far from Laval Road by Fort Tejon.

Kern County police officials are saying that the collision took place around 3:30 p.m. not far from Fort Tejon. A shuttle bus and a passenger vehicle collided in the road under unclear circumstances.

Paramedics were called to the scene of the collision in order to help the victims. One person complained about pain following the crash.

One lane of traffic was blocked off as officers investigated the scene.
